Terms of service

The terms that apply when you use The Impact Global Consultant (IGC) website, student portal and counselling services.

Effective from 2 November 2026.

1. Our service

The Impact Global Consultant (IGC) provides study abroad counselling, university and college application support, document guidance and visa file preparation. Admission and visa decisions are made by universities and governments, not by us, and we cannot guarantee an offer or a visa.

2. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us true, complete and up-to-date information and genuine documents. False or misleading information can lead to refusal by institutions or visa authorities and ends our service to you.

3. Fees and refunds

Service charges, if any, are explained before you enrol. University application fees, visa fees, test fees and third-party charges are paid to those organisations and are not refundable by us.

4. Communications

By sharing your contact details you agree that we may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email about your application and related services. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

5. Accounts and portals

If we give you access to a student portal or a shared document folder, keep your login details private and upload only your own documents.

6. Liability

We work with care, but we are not liable for decisions of universities, embassies or other third parties, or for delays outside our control. Our liability is limited to the service fees you have paid to us.
